Hi, I would like to know which courses in ITProTV should I take that relates to tier 1 or help desk support since no matter what jobs I've applied, I still didn't make it since I have no experience even with my recent A+ certification.

@Andrew-James This is a classic catch-22: how do I get a job to get experience when all the jobs require experience?
All I can suggest is keep trying! Don't look for a "career position" or even a position that you want- look for anything that is available to get your foot in the door. In my opinion, your goal is not finding a good IT job, it's finding a job to get the "experience" you need to get the good IT job.
This is what I had to do and your mileage may vary. Good luck!

And N+ > Security+ as far as cert paths.

So a couple of things... One, don't stop applying no matter what happens. As you go for next interview, if they turn you down immediately after the interview or phone you to let you know. Ask them what you could have done to improve your chances. If they can't tell you. Not helpful but it probably lets you know that is also a company you probably don't want to work for. If the person who tells you is not the same as person who was interviewing, ask if they could have the interviewer return the call and tell them you're curious about why you weren't hired. If they don't return the call. You probably are better off seeking employ elsewhere. Sorry about the rant.
You might find out from that post-interview...there was another candidate that happened to be a better candidate. You can't do much about that but you might also find out that there are some things they might tell you. For example, "you couldn't answer x." ...etc. This is generic...but you might find out there are things that you can work on to improve your interview skills.
I've heard this before from former students who were told:
- "You didn't know what this company does?"
- "You showed up late..."
and more.
I've heard this from hiring managers too:
- "He asked about time off before anything else"
- "He couldn't start when we needed him to"
- "He said he had to apply or dad would be upset"
So some of things you might need might go behind the ITProTV library. I would try to find some of the tech meet-up groups in your areas. Look for a CompTIA AITP chapter (Association of IT Professionals), this is where you might meet up with people who may be hiring or help you to begin networking in those circles.
{added later] Look at the requirements of the job that you're applying. This should let you know what skills or certifications they are looking for from a potential hire. ITProTV should have many of those skills or certification training to help you. Even if you never get your actual certification. Watching these may give you context and some understanding what skills they're looking to gain from hiring you. These are the other certifications you should be seeking as you're entering into the world of a help desk. This role has changed over the past several years because technology continues to change and change rapidly.
