Solved Is this topic set as question?

I understand that in order to be able to edit the subject of a post, and mark as "SOLVED," I am required to set it as "Ask as question."

I though I did this in the previous post, but as I was trying to mark solved, I got the message I can only edit the subject 3600 seconds after posting it.

So, I am taking a screen video as I create this post, to figure out how to do it correctly.

BTW, I am using Chrome Browser.

I am replying to this question, and according to the interface you should now be able to mark it as Solved. I do believe you must be logged in with your account to do so, however I will check with @Ronnie-Wong who is our resident expert on all things Forums!

If you mark the question ask as question in theory, you should see, unsolved in your post. But your output shows differently. I was still able to change the post in topic tools and then mark ask as question. I would consider this a work around rather than a true solution. But until I can find a better answer, this may be the way to do it. I will forward this on to our team and see if we are getting the same issue in a Chrome browser as well.
