Unsolved Active Directory/DNS

I need help, I am managing Active Directory Infrastructure my issue is that when joining a computer to the domain most of the time the domain controller does not create the computer account. the computer will enter the domain but when I check the DC no computer account has been created. I have to change the computer name several times to fix the issue. some of the computers are having trust relationship issues as well. . I was wondering whether someone has had a similar issue before.

DNS: cannot see DNS A record either

@DEMBELE-BOUKALO , I hope all is well. While there can be several reasons that this behavior is occurring, without knowing more about your environment and what you have done to troubleshoot thus far, it is hard to say definitively.
