Samba Share config

Good evening guys, I am breaking my head to understand "Why the permissions are not working" I created this samba share and when I check permisions I should be the owner "test1" but when I connect using ubuntu it reads access denied.
In CentOS

In ubuntu

smb.conf file info

Any Idea how can I troubleshoot and fix this issue?

To whoever follow this post, the issue was with SE linux. that was conflicting with the operation
