I watched all the CEH course videos and supplemented with some self study to pass the CEH exam. Now I am watching the Kali Linux videos, and then onto the Metasploit videos. My questions is has anyone taken any of the Offensive Security Courses. I was just approved to take the PWK course and wanted to see what others thought of this course. How many days did you sign up for (30,60,90) when you took the course and what other study material did you use to assist you in your studies?

@ricardo-medina Hi Ricardo,
I have taken the PWK course and would highly recommend it.
Unlike CEH this is a 100% hands-on course with a hands-on practical exam.
in respect of time I initially purchased 60 days , but due day job workload I had break then recently purchased another 15 days.
You can take the exam anytime up to 90 days after your lab time expires, if you renew like I did then the 90 days resets.The for exam you have 24 hours to exploit a number of boxes after that you then have 24 hours to write up a formal pentest report and submit.
The below blog is worth a read and it still holds true even 4 years later the course was refreshed and renamed to PWK in Jan 2014.

@darryl-hughes Thanks for the feedback, my goal is to do the 90 days since I do work a full time job. I am looking forward to the hands-on approach, I tend to retain the information better this way. Thanks again and I appreciate the link.
