I just noticed you posted this under Android app too. We are completely re-writing our Android app this year to match our flagship app experience we just finished with iOS. Stay tuned! @Styo

    Hello Styo,

Thanks for your feedback. We rely on member feedback to help prioritize features and ideas. We have considered the downloading of a whole course, but it gets trickier and harder (too many reasons to list) for such a large download process to kick off. Still under consideration!
I like the idea of adding an option for downloading audio only and am writing that one down for us to explore further. Please feel free to send feedback at any time and thanks for taking time out of your day to help us make your experience better. Happy viewings!

@James-Parsons @Brian-Smith-1 Apologize for the confusion as we were unable to reproduce the issue with many attempts over several days. I alerted our service provider. They are investigating as I type this and we hope to resolve the errors as soon as possible. This is only being reported on the Roku and Android apps. You may use the mobile browser if you have access on these devices. We understand the bad experience you're having and both our Roku and Android apps are being re-written completely in 2019 to mirror our flagship iOS app experience. If you need more immediate assistance in the future, please use our chat feature to get a Member Services team member within ~5 minutes during most business hours.

I have validated and saw our live stream (currently showing loop of Technado vidcast) on the Roku just now after our vendor had to make an adjustment. If you have content issues other than the live stream, please chat in to our Member Services team so we can address for you.
    Respectfully,
    Ryan E

We have been working diligently to restore our live stream issue on these 2 apps. It is working on the desktop/mobile browser experience. At this time, we have reached out to our streaming service and are continuing to resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

    Hi Jacob,
We just released an assignments feature for our B2B customer a few months ago. We have plans to better your learning path and provide more control of that through a series of enhancements. We will work on making it easier to see your collection of completions, in progress courses and saved future learnings in the coming quarters. Does that sound good? Stay tuned!
    Respectfully,
    Ryan E @ ITProTV

    Hi John,
I believe Nvidia Shield OS is Android TV. You should have the best experience through mobile browser (Chrome best) on that platform.

    Hello Rahim,
I apologize for the delay in response. We had a different app issue fixed that we thought might resolve this. I can replicate what you experienced. We are completely re-doing the Android app to mirror our flagship iOS app experience in the coming months. In the meantime, you can download from mobile browser and have the content available for viewing there for those times when you are going to be without a good signal or wifi. I truly understand the limitation and we will have this fixed when we release the new Android app. Thanks for being a valued member.

@James-Weddell Hi James, We are aware of a bug affecting only the specific course you mentioned 70-740. I am working with our development teams and our app vendor to get this corrected. You will be able to use a mobile browser like Chrome in meantime to access the freshest content. I will try and update you here once the newer content is updated.
